1.Poultry House Dimension

The height of poultry houses is between 2.1m~3m (side wall). The width of the poultry houses is decided according to then layout of equipment inside and cannot be too large considering ventilation. Steel structure poultry houses are normally designed with the width of 8~15m, and length can up to 150m.

2.Material:

2.1. The main frame is made of welded H/C section  steel.
2.2. The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt.
2.3. The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high intensity bolts.
2.4. The envelop construction net is made of cold form C/Z section purlin.
2.5. The wall and roof are made of color steel board or color steel sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by self-tapping nails.
2.6. Doors and windows can be designed at anywhere which can be made into normal type, sliding type or roll up type with material of PVC, metal, alloy aluminum, sandwich panel and so on. 
 
3.Steel Structure Manufacturing Process:

3.1.  Prepare raw materials : cut steel plate or use H/C section steel and angle steel, round tube, round steel, square tube etc.;

3.2.  Assembly and welding: our welders will follow the drawings to assemble the steel members and weld them together as a entire beam/column/brace and so on; (Our quality inspector will check the steel pieces after finish welding, this is the first quality check)

3.3. Sand blast : After finish welding and polishing, our sand blast effect can reach 2.5 high grade, very good for resist rust; (Secondary time quality check)

3.4. Paint : Within 2 hours after sand blast, all the steel members should be paint. Client can choose any color and any brand of paint. (The third time quality check)

3.5. Inspect the goods by client : After we finish the manufacturing work, we can invite clients to check the goods before packing.

3.6. Packing and loading : If clients require us to load the goods by close containers, we will pack the steel structure one by one on the steel skid and tie the whole steel package well.

Through the research and test by our technical team and construction team, we designed a whole reasonable and effective method of flashing plate and over-lapped of steel sheet, include(1. flashing plate on the roof, wall, bridge, eave, gutter and frame of window and door, 2. Joints between steel sheets and sky lighting belts, 3. Waterproof of nails ), with accuracy process and superior quality closure strips, we successfully reduce the leakage place from 1/1000 to 1/2500 place/sqm.

4.3. Good heat insulation performance
Kinds of material can be use as the roof and wall, which have good insulation performance to meet different climate requirement.

4.4. Excellent anti-corrosion and long service life
Shot blasting and 2 layers paint(90micron)/1 layer hot deep galvanized (80-200g/sqm) will provide our building 20-50 years service life.

4.5. Quick installation
Twelve workers can assemble 1000sqm within 15 days.
