How to apply carbon dioxide pellets

Carbon dioxide granule gas fertilizer is a granular new type of gas fertilizer which is made of high-quality ammonium bicarbonate as a base material and is compatible with a carrier of a major element and processed by a special process. The fertilizer has the characteristics of stable chemical property, good physical properties, simple operation, convenient use, and long application period of fertilizer application. It can effectively and stably increase the carbon dioxide concentration in the greenhouse, enhance the photosynthetic efficiency of vegetables, promote plant growth and development, increase yield and improve quality.

(1) Dosage: The general dosage is 40~60 kg per 666.7 square meters (1 mu). One-time application, the release of carbon dioxide can last for about 60 days, the highest concentration is about 0.1%.

(2) Density and depth: When applied, the granular gas fertilizer is uniformly applied between the rows of vegetables. The density is generally 4 holes of 4 kinds of solanaceous vegetables, and the leafy vegetables are ditched at a distance of 15 cm from the root, and the depth is preferably 1~2 cm.

(3) Fertilization period: The solanaceous vegetables are preferably applied at the initial flowering stage, and the leafy vegetables are preferably applied at a plant height of 5 to 10 cm.

(4) Note: The diffusion rate of carbon dioxide is fast. The frequency of ventilation should be reduced as much as possible after fertilization, and only the top air outlet should be used for ventilation, and the air outlet of the side should not be opened. When fertilizing, avoid spreading the particles on the leaves and flowers of the vegetables to avoid burns. After fertilization, the soil in the greenhouse should be kept moist at all times to help the fertilizer.
