According to reports on related media on February 8, Hunan Jinlong International Copper Co., Ltd. and Hunan University used their respective advantages to benefit each other and jointly develop new high-tech cables. The two sides formally signed the "Development of High-strength Conductive Heat Aluminium Alloy Conductors" technology development contract. The relevant personnel meeting was held on January 20th. Detailed arrangements were made for the specific work, and the development work was fully started.
High-strength conductive aluminum alloy wires can be used in areas such as crossing line airlines, severely iced area conductors, and ultra-high voltage overhead line sections. It is an aluminum alloy wire with high strength, high conductivity, excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance, wire tensile strength ≥ 225mpa, minimum elongation ≥ 2.0%, wire rate ≥ 56% (diameter 4.0mm ), can be used at 150 °C long-term, 230 °C heating for 1 hour or 180 °C heating 400 hours after the room temperature does not decrease by more than 10%.
Other properties comply with the IEC62004-2007 standard. From the research and development of heat-resistant aluminum alloy wires that can meet the performance of the products, the successful development is divided into six phases. The total investment for research and development is 2 million yuan. Both parties stated that they would abide by the legal provisions to ensure the realization of the contract.
