The researchers analyzed that women lose more quickly in their 20s, because this age group has more time and perseverance than other age groups, and they care more about their own weight, so they are more determined to lose weight, and they are more able to adhere to in the end. In contrast, women in their thirties are often ignoring weight problems because of work and family life, and women in their 40s and 50s have long lost interest in having a perfect body.

Su Baker, the head of the new study, said that as the age of marriage for women has been delayed, many 28-year-old women are still single, in a state of dating, and are active in social life. Therefore, they have a higher success rate in eating healthy and keeping fit. Many of these women are at the peak of their careers, with a fast pace of life and better weight-loss results.
