In this paper, in the process of vertical anodization of aluminum profiles in an aluminum material company in Foshan, Guangdong, the temperature control process flow in the process of anodization in aluminum profile vertical oxidation process was studied. By improving the cooling tower of the ice machine, the temperature of the cooling water is lowered, the cooling efficiency of the ice machine is increased, and the temperature of the ice water is reduced, so that the effect of water temperature lower than the temperature of the bath solution in the anodizing process can be effectively controlled.
For the process of anodizing the bath requires room temperature, such as: degreasing, neutralization, sealing at room temperature and other processes, there is not much control of the temperature and difficult points, not the focus of this study, so do not do a detailed analysis.
For the anodizing process, the bath liquid requires higher temperature than room temperature, such as: acid etching, alkali etching, soup washing, medium temperature sealing, drying, and the like. Among them, acid corrosion and alkali corrosion cause the bath temperature to rise due to chemical reactions. Basically, ice machines are used to reduce the temperature. Because the temperature to be controlled is higher than room temperature, temperature control is not too difficult. The temperature control of the bath, such as soup washing and sealing in the middle temperature, basically uses the boiler to warm the steam. The temperature of the bath is controlled by heating the bath through a pipe. Because it is difficult to raise the temperature control, this article does not do detailed analysis. The drying process uses gas-fired heating, which is not described in detail here.
For oxidation, coloration, electrophoresis and other processes, strict temperature control process requirements, and due to the influence of the southern summer weather temperature, the external environment temperature is much higher than the required control temperature, so the use of ice machine cooling method to control the bath temperature. Because the control requirements are high and the temperature to be controlled is much lower than the external environment, the ice machine cooling effect requirements are stricter. Once the ice machine cooling effect does not reach the required temperature, the ice water temperature is too high, and the temperature of the bath liquid cannot be effectively controlled. The production is often forced to stop or limit production, and normal production can be resumed only after the temperature of the ice water drops.
