Compaction machinery classification

The static compaction compaction machine utilizes the gravity of the roller to make the layer being permanently deformed and compacted. Its grinding wheel is divided into: light mill, groove mill, sheep foot mill and tire mill. The compacted surface of the light roller compactor is smooth and widely used, and is suitable for compaction of various roads, cushions, airport pavements and plazas. The groove mill and the sheep foot mill have large pressure and compacted layer, which is suitable for compaction of roadbed and dam. The tire pressure of the tire roller can be adjusted, the weight can be increased and decompressed, the unit pressure can be changed, the compaction process has a smashing effect, the compacted layer is evenly compacted, and the road surface is not damaged, and is suitable for compaction of roads, squares and the like.

Impact compaction machinery relies on mechanical impact to compact the soil. There are firepower cymbals that work on the principle of a two-stroke internal combustion engine, frogs that work on the principle of centrifugal force, and fast impact cymbals that work with the linkage mechanism and springs. It is characterized by a large thickness of tamping and is suitable for compacting of small areas and foundation pits.

The vibratory compaction machine re-aligns and densifies the material particles in resonance by mechanical excitation force, such as a plate vibratory compactor. It is characterized by high vibration frequency and good compaction effect on loose earth and stone with low cohesiveness, such as sand and gravel.

The composite action compaction machine has a vibratory roller with rolling and vibration effects, an impact type crushing roller for crushing and impacting, and the like.

The vibration type vibrating roller is made by adding an exciter to the road roller. It is a rapidly developing model and has a tendency to replace the static compaction compactor.
