Inspection and maintenance of coal duster

Strengthen coal handling management, especially to enhance the operation and maintenance of pulverizers and iron separators, and to prevent coal slag plugging caused by debris entering the coal pulverizer.
Strengthen slagging personnel's business training to avoid slagging caused by improper operation of coal injection machine.
Strengthen the management of slag discharge personnel, require slag discharge personnel to report the slagging abnormality of the coal injection pump to report the boiler watchers in a timely manner, and find that the defects of the inspection system are promptly notified to the boiler watcher to contact the inspection and repair processing and make records.
By tracking and adjusting the primary air flow of the coal slag pump with large slag discharge amount, and by investigating the historical trend curve, the wind pressure at the outlet of each coal injection machine is basically maintained at about 2.0 kPa, which is higher than the design value of 1.2 kPa. Large amount of slag is not a problem of air volume adjustment.
Increase the regular inspection and maintenance of the coal pulverizer. It is recommended that the pulverizer should be inspected every 1000 hours after it has accumulated 2000 hours of operation. Replace the damaged parts or adjust the clearance between the grinding roller and the grinding bowl according to the wear.
The operating personnel carefully adjusted and found that individual coal-burning dusting machines had a large amount of coal discharged to actively coordinate the output of the coal-pulverizers. In the case of not affecting the unit load, the coal-sparing machine output with a large amount of slag discharge was minimized.
