2. The liquid medium density changes greatly
Before the calibration of the floater flow meter instrument, the medium is converted according to the density given by the user and converted to the flow rate of the water in the calibration state. Therefore, if the medium density changes greatly, it will cause great errors in the measurement. The solution can bring the changed media density into the formula and convert it into the error correction factor. Then, the flow rate measured by the flow meter is multiplied by the coefficient to change the real flow rate.
3. Long-term use and pipeline vibration
A variety of factors cause the float flowmeter to sense the looseness of moving parts such as magnets, pointers, counterweights, and rotating magnets, causing large errors. Solution: You can verify by first pushing the pointer by hand. First press the pointer in RP position to see if the output is 4mA, the flowmeter shows if it is 0%, and then verify according to the scale. If no match is found, the part can be repositioned.
4. Installation does not meet the requirements
The general float flowmeter is installed vertically, and the inclination of the flowmeter should not exceed 20 degrees when installed. Of course, some of the float flowmeters are installed horizontally. For the horizontal installation of the floatmeters, the level should be maintained and the inclination should not be greater than 20 degrees. There must be no ferromagnetic objects around 100mm.
