The YG033A fabric tear tester is used to determine the tear strength of woven fabrics, thin nonwoven fabrics and various coated fabrics.
Applicable to standards: GB/T3917.1, FZ/T60006, FZ/T75001.
Operation use:
1 Use the sample plate to cut the sample according to national standards.
2 Raise the fan hammer to position the fan hammer and hold the pointer against the pointer baffle. After clamping the sample, tighten the two clamp nut, the upper part of the sample remains free, and toward the fan-shaped hammer, pull the tearing knife to cut the 20mm length cut.
3 Pull the handle off, let the fan hammer fall freely, tear the sample all the way, and grab the fan hammer by hand when swinging back, visually measure the pointer reading, and record the data.
4 Repeat the above steps until the test is completed.
