Zhao Jianguo said to himself. When encountering problems at work, Zhao Jianguo asked the experienced masters to consult again and again until they understood them completely. Therefore, Zhao Jianguo proposed a plan to add optical axes and dust pads to the equipment and change the walking route of the console. When the problem is completely solved, it also improves work efficiency. The improvement plan was included in the company's innovation and reform activities and won the award for excellence.
In 2014, the little bee moved into the new factory. Combined with the fine management of “eliminating waste and reducing costs”, Zhao Jianguo also proposed to the company “improvement of product rework and repair rate”. It turns out that the grinding wheel powder that flies out during the cutting process falls onto the workbench. When the product is picked up and lowered, the bottom saw blade is always scratched. The scratched product is reworked, increasing production costs. The method of cleaning the workbench while working is “the palliative is not a cure” because the grinding wheel powder is produced as long as it is produced.
Zhao Jianguo's idea is very clever: a graphite pad is placed under each saw blade so that the saw blade is not in direct contact with the workbench, and the scratch problem of the saw blade never appears. With a production of 80,000 pieces per day, Zhao Jianguo’s proposal saves the company 63,000 yuan per year.
