The hot pressing process conditions of the multilayer board are not suitable. The hot pressing temperature is low, the pressure is insufficient, the hot pressing time is short, and the moisture content of the veneer is too high or too low.
Second, multi-layer board bubbling or partial degumming
The moisture content of the veneer is too high or the drying is uneven, which causes excessive water vapor to be discharged during hot pressing, so that the multi-layer plate is bubbling or partially opened.
When the hot pressing temperature is too high, the internal water vapor pressure is increased, the pressure of the pressure is too fast, the steam cannot be smoothly removed, and the multi-layer plate is bubbling.
The lack of glue in the local area when the glue is applied or the inclusions on the board will cause local degumming of the multilayer board.
Third, the corner opening
Corrosion around the pressure plate causes insufficient pressure on the slab.
The time of Chen Fang is too long, and the slab corner glue is dry, especially in the dry season.
The slabs are placed up and down in the pressure plate, and the position difference is large, especially when the large press pressure is small.
Fourth, the multilayer board warpage
The main reason for the occurrence is that the blank is unreasonable, the nature of the single-plate species on the symmetric layer is large, or the single-board structure of the same tree species is quite different, and the water content is not balanced. A large difference in temperature between two adjacent pressure plates can also cause warpage of the multilayer board. In addition, the veneer has a high water content, and the multi-layer plate has a large stress after the hot pressing, causing warpage. This is especially the case with thin sheets.
Five, through the glue
The main reason is that the glue is too thin, the amount is too large, the crack on the back of the veneer is too deep, the water content of the veneer is too high, the aging time is short and the pressure is too large. The solution is to reduce the amount of glue applied, and add some filler when adjusting the glue to increase the slab aging time.

Important Caution:
