Surface treatment: When used directly on the surface of steel, sand blasting is required to achieve the Sa2.5 level specified in GB8923 or to remove the rust with power tools and to achieve St3 level. When used directly on the surface of concrete, the foundation needs to be cured for more than 28 days, and the moisture content is <8%. When used on the surface of epoxy primers, all the oil impurities on the paint film should be removed to achieve the clean and dry requirements.
Mixing ratio: two-component coating: Part A: Part B = 10:1 (weight ratio) After opening the package, mix thoroughly and mix well, add the component B by weight, and mix thoroughly until it is cured.
Limitations: The temperature of the substrate must be 3°C above the dew point and the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%. When the temperature is lower than 5°C, outdoor construction is not suitable. Indoor heating measures can be taken without affecting safety.
Coating method: airless spray: nozzle diameter: 0.4 ~ 0.5mm
Spray pressure: 20～30MPa
Thinner: XC106
Dilution: 0-5% (by coating weight)
Air spray: Not recommended.

Matching coating: Front: iron red epoxy primer, zinc-rich epoxy primer, red Dan epoxy primer, cloud iron epoxy intermediate paint.
After the road: epoxy topcoat, polyurethane topcoat, chlorinated rubber topcoat.
Packing specification: 25kg canned in group A and 2.5kg in group B.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Safety measures
1. It is forbidden to smoke in workplaces and effective measures should be taken to prevent the formation of Mars (such as the use of explosion-proof electrical equipment, prevention of static electricity accumulation, avoidance of metal impact, etc.).
2. The construction site should be kept as good as possible. In order to eliminate the explosion hazard during use, sufficient ventilation should be ensured to maintain the gas/air ratio not exceeding 10% of the lowest explosion limit, and usually 200 cubic meters of ventilation per kg of solvent (depending on the solvent type) can be maintained. The working environment with the lowest explosion limit of 10%.
3. Take effective measures to prevent direct skin and eye contact with the paint (such as work clothes, gloves, goggles, masks, and protective oils, etc.). If the skin accidentally comes in contact with the product, wash it thoroughly with clean water and soap or a suitable industrial cleaner. If the eyes are contaminated, rinse with water immediately for at least 10 minutes and consult a doctor immediately.
4. During construction, it is recommended to wear a mask to avoid inhalation of paint mist and harmful gases, especially in poorly ventilated environments. Finally, please handle discarded paint buckets carefully to avoid environmental pollution.
