Carbon steel production and manufacturing method

The smelting of carbon steel is usually carried out in a converter or a flat furnace. The converter generally smelts ordinary carbon steel, while the open hearth can smelt various high-quality steels. In recent years, the oxygen top-blown converter steelmaking technology has developed rapidly, and there is a tendency to replace the open hearth steelmaking. The molten steel is poured into the ingot mold to obtain various steel ingots. After ingot or rolling, the ingot is processed into steel plates, steel strips, steel bars and sections of various cross-section shapes. Carbon steel is generally used directly in the hot rolled state. When used in the manufacture of tools and various machine parts, heat treatment is required according to the application requirements; as for steel castings, most of them are heat treated.

The newest  on the flooring block is called Waterproof Core Flooring, or WPC, and it is considered the best Laminate Flooring available. It gets its name from being a wood poly composite, which is what the WPC stands for. The poly composite construction, coupled with the embossed vinyl top layer,  is what makes it a Waterproof Laminate Flooring that resists moisture much the way vinyl and luxury vinyl or LVT/LVP tiles and planks do. In his form, it can be mounted in places where wood could never survive, such as high moisture applications like bathrooms, saunas or pool areas. Perhaps the best way to describe a WPC floor is that it is a cross between laminate flooring and a Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring or Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring .
