The first is the establishment of standardized corporate safety production. Standardization of safety production is a statutory work that is imposed by the state. However, in the implementation process of some localities and enterprises, as long as the company pays money, the intermediary service agencies send people to the enterprise to make a roundabout, and print a set of template evaluation reports to the enterprise. Some companies may not even have the most basic forms of accounts and systems, or the company's main responsible person, safety management personnel can not meet the requirements of holding a certificate, the ultimate goal of the assessment and the parties to be assessed is purely "replacement with money." Grassroots safety supervision personnel have to shut their eyes with one eye, perfunctory, and deal with customs clearance in order to assess the achievements of government departments and the number of tasks.

The second is the supervision of safety production law enforcement. The third is safety production training. Safety training plays an important role in improving the safety level of supervisors and employees. However, the problem of formalism still exists. Although training institutions have a strict learning management system, they are indoctrinated theoretically, and students have Snoring, some playing mobile phones, and some simply reported to go away, what time the exam time, come back late is a feature. How these people get a qualification certificate, everyone should know.

The above-mentioned several phenomena do not exist in one or two regions, departments or units. To solve these problems, we must completely overcome formalism, proceed from the fundamental interests of the people, practice with practical consideration, and rely on actual performance to speak. Finding the roots in ideology and searching for deficiencies in their job responsibilities can only eliminate the soil in which formalism takes root. As the commentators of the People’s Daily said, “we must be highly vigilant and resolutely curb”, “only when we are vigilant against formalism at every stage and effectively build a “firewall” that deters formalism can we really prevent the use of false grades to fool superiors. Using false pretenses to fool the people and use false introspection to fool organizations, education guides party members and cadres to use kung fu to examine facts, implement practical measures, do practical things, and seek practical results.
