1. Copolymers of ethylene and polar monomers generally have the following four types.

1EVA, EMA, EEA, EMMA, etc. are mainly used as soft materials for film, composite and hot melt adhesives.

2 An ionic polymer for improving PE toughness, transparency, adhesion, etc., such as a metal salt of an EAA or EMMA copolymer, used as an anchoring agent.

3 EVOH for high gas barrier properties.

4 copolymer of ethylene and functional monomers (such as functional groups containing acid anhydride groups, carboxyl groups, hydroxyl groups, amino groups, epoxy groups, etc.), such as Et/EEA/GMA, Et/VA/GMA, EAA, Et/EEA/ MAH, Et/DMAEA, polyethoxylate adduct of EVOH, etc. (n is ethylene, GMA is glycidyl methacrylate, MAH is maleic anhydride, DMAEA is methacrylic acid-N-dimethylaminoethyl Ester), mainly used as a dispersing agent for adhesives, compatibilizers, pigments or fillers.

2. Modified resin of PE

1 low relative molecular mass PE relative molecular mass is 1000-12000, used as a release agent and a modifier for plastics, coatings, adhesives, inks, etc.

2PEC (chlorine content 30% to 40%) pvc modifier, chemical resistant thermoplastic elastomer.

3 chlorosulfonated polyethylene (25% to 43% chlorine content, 0.9% to 1.4% sulfur content) is mainly used as a thermoplastic elastomer with weather resistance and chemical resistance.

4 cross-linked PE adopts chemical cross-linking or radiation cross-linking to improve weather resistance and chemical resistance, and is used for hot water pipes, heat-resistant electrical insulating materials, wire covering and the like.

5 Filling PE such as filling CaC03 to reduce flammability; filling carbon black to improve conductivity and weather resistance; filling wood powder to improve heat resistance, rigidity and the like.

3. Ultra-high molecular weight PE (UHMWPE) improves toughness and wear resistance.
