Z3050 rocker drilling hydraulic system fault diagnosis

1. Headstock gear pump failure and maintenance

(1) The stuck valve spool will increase the pressure of the hydraulic system, and the excess oil will not overflow back to the tank, thus damaging the oil pump and hydraulic components. The oil pump should be removed and cleaned with kerosene. The valve core should not be damaged, burred or oily. Clean and reassemble.

(2) When the oil pump pressure exceeds the normal pressure, the nylon tube of the hydraulic system will explode. When checking the oil pressure with a pressure gauge, adjust the tension of the spool spring of the relief valve on the oil pump to reach the normal pressure.

(3) The noise level of the oil pump is related to the assembly quality of the oil pump itself, and also related to the assembly quality of the oil pump and the clutch shaft. The oil pump drive gear shaft and the clutch shaft have different damage to the oil pump, and the noise generated is also large. The reloading should be removed.

(4) The oil pump valve head falls off, the pressure oil flows back from the valve head hole to the oil tank, and the system pressure drops, so that the hydraulic pressure cannot work normally. A valve head should be reworked to tighten the hole in the pump body.

(5) The oil pump oil circuit is blocked by foreign matter, so that the oil pump gear can not rotate normally, so that the oil pump is damaged, and the oil passage is blocked, which will reduce the oil flow. The oil pump should be cleaned and reassembled.

(6) Leakage of the oil pump oil suction hole will increase the pressure of the oil pump oil hole, and the noise is too large to make the hydraulic components work normally. The oil suction hole screws, seals and gaskets should be carefully inspected and retightened.

2. Control valve failure and maintenance

(1) The control valve is not flexible, mainly due to the embrittlement of the valve body and the valve core and the jamming of foreign objects. It should be removed, cleaned and installed, and can be easily rotated.

(2) Displacement of the valve core and the valve body can make the hydraulic system malfunction and cannot work normally. The correct positioning of the valve core on the valve body should be stopped by the set screw.

(3) The leakage is serious because the gap between the valve body and the valve core is too large, and the valve body or the valve core should be replaced.

(4) The valve oil circuit is blocked, the oil circuit is not smooth, the pressure oil can not enter the action cylinder, so that the hydraulic system can not work normally. The valve body should be disassembled, the valve core should be cleaned with kerosene and reinstalled.

3. Preselected valve failure and maintenance

(1) The actual speed does not match the standard when shifting. The pre-selected handle is loose or misaligned. It should be adjusted and repositioned.

(2) The blockage of the valve body oil chamber prevents the hydraulic system from working properly and should be disassembled for cleaning.

(3) The oil pump valve head falls off, the pressure oil flows back from the valve head hole to the fuel tank, the system pressure drops, and the hydraulic system can not work normally. The valve head should be re-wrapped to tighten the hole on the pump body.

(4) Leakage is caused by excessive clearance between the valve body and the valve core. If the leakage is serious, the valve body or spool should be replaced.

4. Clutch failure and maintenance

(1) The clutch fork is not flexible. Generally, the upper and lower hydraulic cylinders are caused by different axes when the upper and middle covers are assembled. They should be reassembled until the movement is light and flexible.

(2) The fork piston is stuck. The hydraulic cylinder piston has burrs or serious piston scratches. It should be moved or replaced.

(3) The spring of the fork spring is hardened, and the spring elasticity disappears. When the spindle is in the parking position, there is still a follow-up phenomenon, and a new spring should be replaced.

5. Brake failure and maintenance

(1) The brake oil inlet chamber is blocked and the shifting system cannot work normally. It should be disassembled and cleaned and reassembled.

(2) The brake spring is too tight or too loose to affect the normal operation of the machine.

(3) When the friction plate is seriously worn, the friction is reduced, the transmission torque is also reduced, the machine tool cannot work normally, and the new friction plate should be replaced.

6. Hydraulic cylinder and three-position hydraulic cylinder failure and maintenance

(1) Piston bending is caused by the eccentric load of the piston rod. The piston cannot move in the hydraulic cylinder, which will drag the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder. The piston rod should be replaced, the hydraulic cylinder should be reinstalled, and the clamping block should be adjusted.

(2) When the hydraulic cylinder leaks seriously, it will affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system. Generally, the hydraulic cylinder seal ring is damaged and the pipe joint is loose. The seal ring should be replaced and the pipe joint should be tightened.

(3) The three hydraulic cylinder clamps are off, so that the hydraulic cylinder does not have a neutral position, and the main shaft has no neutral position. This is due to the lack of assembly and should be disassembled and reassembled.

(4) If the hydraulic cylinder is installed incorrectly, the piston rod will bend or the piston will not be in place, and the required action or even stop will not be completed. The hydraulic cylinder should be reinstalled and adjusted to the proper position.

7. Solenoid valve failure and maintenance

(1) The electromagnetic valve core is stuck so that the pressure oil can not lead to the action hydraulic cylinder. The oil passage blockage is generally caused by foreign matter in the valve body and the valve core is pulled. The kerosene should be removed and cleaned, and the burr is corrected to make it easy to move. Reassemble.

(2) Solenoid valve oil leakage is caused by damage to the seal ring and is not installed. Reinstall the new seal ring and reinstall it.

8. Clamping oil pump failure and maintenance

(1) The lower pressure of the oil pump is caused by improper adjustment of the spring tension. The oil pump should be reversed to adjust the spring tension until the normal pressure is reached.

(2) The valve plug of the relief valve will increase the pressure of the hydraulic system. The excess oil can not overflow back to the tank, which may damage the oil pump and hydraulic components. The oil pump should be removed and cleaned with kerosene. The valve core should not be damaged. Bursting and oil stains.
