Inspection Rules for Protecting Toe Labor Insurance Shoes
When it comes to labor insurance shoes designed to protect the toes, strict inspection rules must be followed to ensure their quality and safety. These regulations are essential for both factory and type inspections, ensuring that the products meet the required standards before they reach the market.
1. Factory Inspection
The quality inspection department of the manufacturer is responsible for conducting sampling according to the normal inspection procedures outlined in GB2828. For finished shoes, the inspection process should be carried out in compliance with the relevant regulations. The inner soles, on the other hand, are inspected in batches ranging from 1000 to 3000 pairs, produced under the same conditions. Random sampling is conducted based on the "sample size code" specified in GB2828. Each batch of labor insurance shoes is typically manufactured in quantities between 200 and 500 pairs, and all samples must be selected following the guidelines provided in the standard.
2. Type Inspection
A type inspection must be performed under the following circumstances:
- When a new product is introduced by the company;
- When there are significant changes in the design, materials, or manufacturing process that could impact the product's performance;
- When production has been suspended for more than six months and is now resuming;
- When the national product quality supervision authority requests a type inspection;
- Periodically once a year after regular production has started.
Type inspections are carried out by the state-designated quality supervision and inspection departments for labor insurance products. These inspections follow the sampling plan outlined in GB2829. The samples are randomly selected from qualified batches of shoes. Key factors such as sample size, test items, discriminant level, classification of defects, acceptable quality level (AQL), and decision-making criteria are all considered during the process.
