7. If the diaphragm or O-ring is damaged, loosen the nut on the shaft core and carefully remove the faulty part. Replace it with a new diaphragm or O-ring of the correct size and type.
8. Thoroughly examine the internal valve seat and shaft core for any signs of damage or debris. Clean the interior of the main valve if necessary.
9. Reassemble the valve in the reverse order of disassembly, ensuring that all parts are properly aligned and that the valve moves freely without jamming.
Always make sure to follow manufacturer guidelines and use genuine replacement parts to maintain the integrity and performance of the hydraulic control valve. Regular maintenance and timely repairs can significantly extend the lifespan of the system.
